Fall-Fest Terms & Conditions:

1 - "Fall Fest" promotion is valid between: September 1st - October 31st, 2010.

2 - September: Order volume improvement:

• Improve your number of approved orders by 50% from Sep 1st-30th as compared to your 2010 (January 1st - July 31st) average
  number of monthly orders. (FYI - your average can be seen with other live stats in your account throughout the promotion).


• The 5% bonus commission will be paid on the incremental orders of the 50% additional orders growth only. Meaning, if your average
  is 50, your target is 75, and your actual for September is 80 orders, the 5% bonus commission will be paid only on the 30 orders over
  your 2010 average.


• Double your approved order average and receive an entry to September's Prize Raffle to win an Apple "iPad Wi-Fi 16GB" ($600 Cash
  Value).


• In order to qualify for the 5% bonus commission and prize raffle, September's actual number of orders must be higher or equal than
  the target (based on 50% growth over your Jan - July 2010 average) and no lower than 75% of your best month's performance during
  that same time period.

3 - October: Maintain your September Results:

  All September target qualifiers continue automatically to October's promotion.
• -
  Duplicate or improve your September approved order results and get a 5% bonus on ALL of your approved
  orders and entry to October's Prize Raffle to win a "Samsung 50", 3D, Revolutionary TV" ($1700 Cash Value).

4 - Special offer for New Members

• -
  New affiliates that sign up between August and October qualify for the "new member's target".
• -
  New member's target: Generate $1000 in sales (in your first month) and receive $450 in commission.
• -
  Qualifying new members automatically receive an entry to the new member's prize raffle of "Kindle 3G + Wi-Fi"
  ($200 Cash Value, which will be drawn and announced at the beginning of November).

5 - General Policies:

  Monthly order count results might be delayed due to payment processing. In order to give you the best
  chance for the highest number of approved orders, the results announcement will not take place before
  the 15th of each month.

  Crediting bonuses and prize fulfillment may take one month after the campaign ends.
• -
  MyRXCash reserves the right to credit the prize for its cash value (due to
  shipping, supply and stock limitations). Cash value can also be chosen
  by the affiliate.

  Affiliate with "zero" average orders is obligated to generate a minimum
  of 5 orders in September to be eligible for the 5% bonus (on all orders
  generated).

  Only "approved" and "sent" orders statuses will be counted in
  the promotion results.
